CPC Success for Sam Hawkins

Pellys Transport and Regulatory Law are delighted to announce that on 4th December 2009 Sam Hawkins, our paralegal team member, sat and passed the Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) exams in National Passenger Transport.

The Passenger National CPC has a wide ranging curriculum which is examined in three parts and which is designed to test a candidate's knowledge and conceptual understanding of the road transport regulatory regime as it affects operators of public service vehicles.

Richard Pelly, Director and fellow holder of the Passenger National CPC said; "we would like to congratulate Sam on passing all three modules of the exam at the first time of asking!  It is a challenging exam and one that will mean that Sam is now well placed to assist our clients to negotiate the regulatory framework".
