CPC Success for Ali Naqvi
Pellys Transport and Regulatory Law are delighted to announce that Ali Naqvi, Assistant Lawyer and newest addition to the team, sat and passed the Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) exams in National and International Passenger Transport in 2010/2011.
The Passenger National and International CPCs have a wide ranging curriculum. They are examined in four parts and are designed to test a candidate's knowledge and conceptual understanding of the road transport regulatory regime as it affects operators of public service vehicles.
Richard Pelly, Director, has also passed the same exams and said; "We would like to congratulate Ali on his success. The CPC exams are an excellent tool in ensuring that along with our knowledge of the Law, we retain a thorough knowledge of the requirements expected from a transport manager."
